This Privacy Policy explains how CPU Monitor ("the App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App primarily reads device performance information needed to display monitoring features, such as CPU status, RAM information, battery level/temperature, and uptime.

If you use the Running Apps feature and grant Usage Access, the App can read app usage metadata (for example, recently active apps and usage time) from Android system services.

2. Permissions Used

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: used by Google Mobile Ads SDK to request and display ads.
• PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (Usage Access): optional, used only for Running Apps related features if you grant access in system settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To show device performance metrics inside the App.
• To provide Running Apps insights when Usage Access is enabled by you.
• To display ads through Google Mobile Ads SDK.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may collect and process certain data according to its own policies when ads are served.

5. Data Storage

App metrics are processed locally on device for display. The App does not intentionally upload your CPU/RAM/usage-monitoring data to the developer's servers.

6. Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke Usage Access any time in Android settings.
• You can stop using the App at any time.
• You can manage ad preferences through your Google account and device settings.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
